We are continuing our Unconventional Leaders series with the one and only Elaine Johnston. Elaine is a twenty-three-year-old podcaster, small business owner, and writer. She shares with us about her vision to be ‘the mentor that she never had’ for young women who are wanting to step into their calling and making an impact through their work.

We also talk about what it has been like for her to pursue multiple passions as a young woman and how she has moved passed her own limiting beliefs. We even get a little spiritual toward the end and have a powerful conversation about God and overcoming spiritual trauma.
