In this episode, I am joined by Victoria Vojnovich, Global Head of Cloud Services Transformation Office for HCLTech where we talk being a woman in technology and all of the positives, challenges and work that lies ahead of us!
Victoria also shares her thoughts on the differences between mentorship and sponsorship and the importance of each for your career. Within, she also discusses the research and thoughts she has on transforming the future of work for women over 50 - and, I can't WAIT to have Victoria back to have a focused conversation on JUST this topic.
This was such a great conversation and I know you will leave as informed, energized and ready to tackle gender equity in new ways.
Thank you, Victoria, you were an amazing guest, and I can't wait to have you back on the podcast!!
P.S - we may have talked a little football, too!!
