JP Nerbun is the founder of Thrive On Challenge.  In this episode we discuss what transformational coaching is all about, how JP got into mentorship and what it is like living in Ireland!  JP is the author of the book Calling Up and co host of the podcast Coaching Culture.  JP played D1 basketball for South Carolina and has coached in Ireland and the USA for over 12 years.    JP discusses how he fell in love with Ireland and is a great example of how changing your environment can change your life!  We hope his message will inspire our listeners and provide a unique perspective into someone who has never settled for anything in his life.
