January is National Mentoring month, and host Jim Williams is joined by Liz Hernandez-Garcia, a freshman at Front Range, who has joined the Latinx Excellence, Achievement, and Development Scholars (LEADS) program for Latinx students on campus, obtaining a mentor and focusing on her culture and experiences as an asset to leadership development.
