Welcome to the first episode of our SECOND mini series Magic Mentorship Moments, our homage to the practice of mentorship

All leaders will have received and or provided mentorship at some point in their leadership journey. 

Leadership mentorship is about helping people transitioning to become a better leader, and so we will be asking our guests what they think is the hall mark of great mentoring and learn what skills and tools they have used.

In this episode we have Dione Rogers, Chief Nursing Informatics Officer at Kettering General Hospital and her mentee Antonia Brown, Clinical Digital Innovation lead at Sussex Community NHS. They give us an insight into their mentorship relationship and chat about why they think mentorship is important.
