I sat down with my mom to have a candid conversation about her role as my Spiritual Mentor, some key takeaways from this episode

1. Seek informal mentorship, you don't have to always make a formal request to ask someone to be your mentor

2. Sometimes we are too close to a situation to see another perspective and therefore mentors help you to see things you may have not seen on your own! 

3. Mentorship can come on a need to know bases, putting weekly or monthly restrictions on it can lead to burnout, use wisdom
