When's the last time you got a good piece of advice?

It could have been from your mom. Your best friend. A coworker. This week we talk about the importance of mentors. We challenge the connotation of the word "mentor" and talk about the unofficial, untitled mentors in our lives.

Mentorship is in fact a two way street of learning and enriching, unlike the mental picture we've formed over the years as young professionals new to industry. Take a second to reflect on the relationships of sharing and support you have around you, in whatever shape or form they may be.
