Today, we have a guest who went against the stereotypical expectations and found her place in the field of engineering. Our guest for today is @_shrutigangopadhyay_ a fresh graduate of mechanical engineering and on this episode of MentorSpeaks she talks about her journey through college and shares some of the struggles she faced being a girl in engineering.

Shruti was the only girl in a class of 64 students studying mechanical engineering, but that did not stop her from joining the RoverX club in her university, to go on to be the mechanical lead of her team.

She also talks about how important it is to take care of your mental health throughout your time in college. Regardless of the tasks you may have at hand, there is no compromise when it comes to mental health and taking care of yourself first!
