In this week’s episode, I’ve been chatting to Hospitality and Culinary Art Management degree Students at University College Birmingham (UCB), when I did a talk for them about this very podcast! They got creative ideas for their own food podcast. Some really good stuff suggestions came up. I enjoyed my time with them. I continued my culinary adventures when I met my guest Phil the foodie. We even did the interview over lunch. Well, why not - Ha! And I review what I think is the best wrap ever! Good wrap game Marks and Spencer - loved that chicken Caesar. Finally, I say goodbye to my favourite independent bakery - Ten Four Bakehouse - as they close their doors due to financial pressures.
