My superb guest this week is Chaîne GB Young Chef competition winner 2023, the fantastic Maciej Pisarek. Maciej beat off stiff competition and was crowned winner in May this year, at the final ceremony in London. Having chatted to him, I can see how it happened. Such a brilliant Chef!
