My guest this week is the phenomenal Cherish Finden, currently a judge on Channel 4 tv programme Bake Off: The professionals! Not only is she a highly decorated pastry chef, she’s also great to have a chat with as I did in my interview. Cherish’s story about how she became a pastry chef is so interesting! Full of grit, determination and menu management even at 8 years-old. We talk food family memories, what baking means to her, and who inspired her. It’s a great listen.
