I am not the man I used to b I am not without scars

So much happened that left traces on me

Yet I survived, I’m alive

What you have for me

Can make a barren land bloom

I’ll understand, whether you leave or stay

I am not the man you saw from outside

I may be strong

But this shell of mine

Conceals a darkness

From life I ran to the shadows

I drowned love, as I was afraid

What you have for me

Can make a barren land bloom

Like a prisoner from his chains

I am ready to be released

I’ll understand, whether you leave or stay

I am not the man you saw from outside

I may be strong

But this shell of mine

Conceals a darkness
