Mequilibrium's Bid to Boost Productivity by Lowering Stress

People enduring chronic stress are less likely to eat right, exercise, sleep enough, or do many of the basic things necessary for good health, says Jan Bruce, co-founder of meQuilibrium. The answer, of course, is simple. Find ways to reduce stress, but the path to a less stressful existence isn’t as clear as it might be. Bruce co-founded meQuilibrium to deliver individualized plans for employees designed to help them build “resilience” to stress.
