Over the last few years, Amazon has thrown a few curveballs at sellers with inventory restrictions and sometimes conflicting metrics with FBA inventory. Going into the Q4 of 2022, many sellers have had their allowable inventory levels cut by half (or more).

This has made looking into additional fulfillment options more important. I had the opportunity to be on a panel about inventory and logistics at Surge Summit with my guest, Manish Chowdhary.
