We met Meredith on our first Happy Startup Ashram in 2016. During that week she ran a mindful eating session and got us to learn to fully experience the taste of food.
Currently Meredith is running workshops that teach people how to explore the joy of cooking and eating in a more mindful, connected & delicious way. She also runs an online course called the Joy of Eating.
During this interview I’ll find out more about Meredith’s journey, why she thinks finding joy in food is so important and about her experiences of teaching about this online.
