Act your age not your shoe size! Cher + Winona + Ricci = the underrated glory that is MERMAIDS. We had a ball discussing this lesser known classic in all its novelty. Topics discussed include the misdiagnosis of Charlotte as "just an angsty teen,” the reality of small town life, and whether or not this particular mother daughter relationship reminds us of our relationship with our mothers in any way.
