This good friend of mine is the animal handling specialist at the Smithfield pork processing plant in Sioux Falls, SD. Merritt is from a small town in Nebraska called, Paxton. We met in Casper, WY which is coincidentally where I have met some of the best people in the world. ENJOY!!
