The pressure is on to be merry and bright...and many will experience moments of both. However, there are many people who will not be merry or bright and that's okay. We have to honor ourselves, our feelings the way they are. We have plenty of opportunities to be merry, bright, cheerful, joyful, all of the things that are expected of us this time of year during other times of year! We must also remember that many people are alone on holidays, so let's check in with them and make sure that they are okay.
