<p>When Bruce Mansfield lived at the Nunawading Caravan Park run by Mrs Purvis, he found that her son, Mervyn was quite the quiz champion.&nbsp; Mervyn was also a friend of programme regular Rick Milne and in the early 1990's used to join Bruce, Phil and Rick for Rick's Antiques and collectables segment.&nbsp; In the late 1990s Bruce, much to Philip's annoyance, awarded Mervyn his own segment on Remember When.&nbsp; The Mervyn Purvis Kwik Kwiz</p>
