When Mike Opelka was on vacation in Cape May, he found a wine bottle bobbing in the early morning waves with a note and Powerball tickets inside. There was an email address on the note, so Mike contacted retired attorney David and spoke to him on the show. He’s been sending out bottles with lotto tickets since before the time of email. Mike said he “won a wonderful experience” even if the ticket was a dud.
