Kimberly Henry was raised by two alcoholic parents and experienced domestic violence at home in Upstate NY. At the age of 20, she was pregnant with her daughter whose father was a drug addict. She was a couple of weeks shy from her 23rd birthday when she chose to be a single parent and left the domestic violence relationship with her daughter’s father.
She believes in a movement to help others heal from their past trauma. She has been on 30+ podcasts as a guest, panelist on numerous panels, and a speaker in several different summits. She has started her own podcast called “The Kimberly Show” on YouTube. Kimberly is an ontological life coach and a wellness coach. She is a current member of Soroptimist International of Schenectady. She is the recipient of the Purple Ribbon of Courage Award by Family and Friends of Liza Ellen Warner and the 2024 Empowerment Award by YWCA North Eastern NY.
