During the holiday season many of us end up so overwhelmed by our pain that it can seem as though we have nowhere to turn. From that place of internal strife some even turn to self-harm as a way to cope. It is believed that close to 1 in 5 students engage in some form of self-harm, including cutting. Through this message Pastor Shaun wants to help these people find comfort and healing.
