in today's episode i am reading the poem "messenger" by mary oliver.
my yoga teacher  james read it this morning during his vinyasa yoga class and fell in love (and of course wanted to share it here with you).
mary was the reason i started writing poetry myself,  but  had not read this specific poem. such beauty and such a gift i was given this morning.
