In Matthew 24 Yeshua Himself quoted Daniel and used the events surrounding Hanukkah to describe what will transpire in the Tribulation times.

One such example is the "Abomination of Desolation". However, as we read these prophecies, we understand that Antiochus is a foreshadow of the full terror that will be inflicted by the Antichrist Himself, during the Tribulation.
