Former BBC producer and inspirational speaker Esther Stanhope returns to Monday Night Live tonight.
A regular contributor to Monday Night Live, Tim Durkin says about Esther,

When we discussed the show Esther shared details of her new programme, “You only need to be 80% perfect”.
This hit one of my hot spots, the 80/20 rule. The rule many successful people employ. 20% of what you do provides 80% of the results. Focus on that 20%.
Tonight we are going to discuss what we have learnt from what we have got wrong in the past.
