Kai Sets up shop at the new studio arrangement in skid row (DTLA), also known as "the heart of darkness", and rambles about the Grammy awards, the stresses of moving day, and smashing CRT television sets.  "no one" chimes in for a total of 75 seconds.  This episode is probably a lot funnier than this summary makes it sound.
