Imposter Syndrome (also known as impostor phenomenon, fraud syndrome or the impostor experience) is a psychosomatic pattern in which people doubt their accomplishments and have a persistent, often internalized fear of being exposed as a "fraud". Analysis paralysis or paralysis by analysis is the state of over-analyzing (or over-thinking) a situation so that a decision or action is never taken, in effect paralyzing the outcome. Both of these are experienced by us (and most people) most days. We dig into the definition of these and discuss some of the methods and rationalisation techniques we have used to overcome them, leading to positive outcomes.
