- Last night the Mets lost 3 to 2 in a close game against the rockies
- The Mets fell into a hole with David Peterson allowing 3 runs over 6 innings
- The Mets bats were quiet for most of the game with Austin Gomber dominating
- In the 7th Mccann hit a solo shot to put the Mets on the board.
- The Mets continued their comeback with a Brandon Drury bomb to lead off the 9th.
- James Mccann struck out with a runner on 2nd to end the rally and the ballgame.

Game Recap:
- The Mets win another solid game to sweep the series against the D-Backs, 4-2, following a great start from Jacob Degrom.
- The mets got the scoring started with a sac fly from Francisco Lindor and a rbi single from Conforto. 2 insurance runs later and another solid performance from the bullpen the mets grab th 4-2 win

Matt Allen - will undergo Tommy John surgery
Storylines:
- Jacob Degrom comes out in the after throwing warm up pitches in the 6th inning with right lat tightness
- Degrom tests negative for MRI, and on IL
- Lindor finally breaking out of slump

- Mets beat Nats 4-0
- Taijuan Walker pitched well, goes 7 innings and only allows 3 hits and no runs
- JD Davis gets the scoring started with a 2 run HR, and Pete Alonso hits a solo home run
- Edwin Diaz and Miguel Castro each pitch a scoreless inning of relief giving the Mets a 4-0 win
Storylines
- Mets had an amazing day on defense amazing, from pickoffs to relays catching Victor Robles trying to get an extra bag
- Davis had a terrible defensive night on Wednesday, and the Mets ended up with 4 total errors
- Degrom leading amazing pitching throughout these early games of the season, Degrom with the most strikeouts over 4 games in MLB history

David Peterson gives up his one run on a solo home run from Jean Segura in the top of the 5th inning.
Mets not driving in runs, but good hitting and great pitching keeps them afloat at first place in the NL East.
