I'm in Mexico, finally out of Ireland, so a brief update on my travels. I often get asked many questions by people, questions that the person thinks is really complicated and requires research and analysis to get through. My answer is always the same. The solution to problem solving begins always, in the same place, stillness, quietening the mind leads to intuition, inner guidance which is far more expansive than the limitations of our own minds.
