MG's Paella is "controversially" made with chorizo - but it is fantastic and will fill your kitchen with the sights, smells and tastes of Spain!

Here are the ingredients you'll need:

Olive oil

Chorizo sliced

Chicken breast cubed

2 garlic cloves chopped

I carrot chopped

2 green chillies

1 pepper sliced

1 tsp Smoked Paprika

Paella spice mix

Garden peas

Chicken stock pot

Taglierini pasta or spaghetti
