I was driving around town recently when I saw a sign “Orange Theory.”  I didn’t know what it was (a gym), but I was instantly reminded of a metaphor that Dr. Wayne Dyer used to use in his talks about an orange.  It inspires me every time I hear it, so I decided to create an episode around it.
