Hoy estuve tratando de armar un video para el próximo congreso que debo preparar y la verdad ha sido una odisea jajajaja primero porque no soy actor, no soy muy dado a la espontaneidad y bueno eso era corten! acción!! jajajaja

Debo decir que fue toda una experiencia, grabar el video tan cortico jejejejej pero me gustó como quedó, además debo preparar mi exposición que dadas las circunstancias será virtual porque estamos en cuarentena radical acá en mi ciudad y no podremos salir mucho.

Mi tema a tratar será la Salazón, una técnica empleada para conservar los alimentos cuando no se tiene electricidad y era una técnica muy vieja que ahora hemos rescatado para mantener a flote nuestras tradiciones.
