To me, Love is an action, and without evidence to back it up I am no longer convinced of the love people say they have for me. In healing myself and meeting my inner child and learning to parent her, love her and teach her she's worth all the smoke I'm about when it comes to her. Ask yourself: If the people that say that they love you, is there’s evidence to back it up, or are there conditions that come with it? Be prepared for how that may make you feel, and of you're ready to do something about it. Albeit, letting relationships go, setting boundaries, or going no-contact. Life is hard already, protect your peace(✌️) out there.
