Reviewing the Miami GP, and the Sprint race.  Did the new regulation updates help to make Miami a better race? 

****Post race update:  Verstappen received a 5 second penalty for a pit lane infringement.   LeClerc received a 20s penalty for driving his damaged car and for leaving the track multiple times.   VER remains in 5th, LEC drops to 8th.
