Tubbs has go undercover to stop an arms dealer, played by a young Bruce Willis (!), from selling some stolen missiles. Also, Crocket finds out the dealer's wife wants to have him taken out by a hit man. So, he has to stop that at the same time. It's a very intricate story. Come check it out.
