a terrific reading adventure

Another wonderful book from Norah Lofts! 24 hours spent at the Fleece Inn, I could not wait to see what happened next and was sorry when the book was finished. Note for other fans of Norah Lofts, if you read Hester Roon and want to know what happened to the money, you will find the answer in this book.

As good as Norah Lofts always is! Good, real characters and plenty of exciting subplots and twists and turns to keep you entertained.

I love all of Norah Lofts books! I have most of them from many years ago but this one was new to my collection! I reread them periodically!
