Michael Bloomberg should never have apologized for Stop and Frisk. It makes no sense to apologize for public policy and policing tactics that unfairly affected minorities without enacting legislation that would seal all those who received an unfair arrest record, because of this absurd policy during his tenure as Mayor of New York City.
