Episode 66 - Michael was born in Israel to Russian parents seeking a life free of the Soviet Union. Two years later, they came to America, and he has lived in the New England area ever since.


After college and law school, he simultaneously passed the NY and MA bar exams in 2008 and became a lawyer later that year. Michael went on to practice law for five years, working in large-scale corporate litigation, estate planning, and commercial collections.


However, he wasn't practicing the kind of law he wanted to, and so, with the support of his wonderful wife Alison, he changed careers in 2013 to enter the world of financial services. Since then, Michael has run his own practice on the theory that if he builds relationships, gives honest and smart advice, and does what is right for his clients, he will flourish with them. It's working so far!
