In his past, Michael ran an Internet design boutique in San Francisco, build web properties for Hearst Publishing, re-engineered travel systems, and led direct marketing campaigns for American Express. Michael loves talking on all topics ranging from UX strategy to cross-functional team building and UX development. Michael serves on the Board of Directors for the jQuery Foundation, a leading open-source initiative supporting those who support an open and accessible internet.
