Michael Rothner has been with AsheMorgan since 1990, delivering a broad depth of experience covering the full range of property-related disciplines across all property sectors. His expertise spans development and construction, financing investment grade assets, joint ventures and funds management. Michael has been instrumental in expanding AsheMorgan nationally and driving the company’s transition from a major player in the arrangement of senior and mezzanine debt to a principal capital provider and asset manager.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with merits from the University of NSW and is a fellow member of the Australian Property Institute. He has completed a Harvard Business School of Management leadership course.
