Michael Toolis is an ICU fellow at St Vincent's Hospital in Melbourne.  He recently published a survey of Australasian intensivists, aimed at exploring the variation in intubation practice, and the need for regional guidelines and refresher training.

He joined Todd on the podcast to review the survey, and the current guidelines on managing intubation in critically ill patients.
