Michael is an entrepreneur, who’s company, Detroit Riverside Capital, is responsible for investing in and developing mixed-use and multi-family properties throughout metro Detroit. His current project, the Jordan 3250 in Auburn Hills, Michigan is a 48 unit mixed-use project with 6600 SF of retail space on the first floor. The project is currently under construction and expected to be completed in June of 2021. Detroit Riverside Capital has an active pipeline of over $20M in potential development and their goal is to build 1000 units over the next 5 years. While not focused on growing his real estate company, Michael enjoys golfing, hiking, boating, skiing, or pretty much anything else outdoors.
