In this episode I talk about re-thinking what has been taught regarding women not wanting sex as much as men. This is for entertainment and discussion purposes of looking at sexuality and gendered sex assumptions differently and changing some narratives.

This is a rambling episode on the broad topic of relationships. I talk about an exercise I did reflecting on the type of partner I want and qualities. I give a bit about my perspective on relationships, my thoughts and worries about dating, and dealing with loneliness.

In this episode, I talk about my experience watching squid game as a highly sensitive person, and relate it to the broader topic of societal empathy (or lack there of). I share my conclusions and experience of it, and how that differs from the majority of conclusions drawn being more sensitive. It is more of a think through to get my thoughts out and process them and for those that feel similarly to have someone to relate to.

In this episode I look at the two books 'All About Love' by Bell Hooks and 'Braving The Wilderness' by Brené Brown and discuss how Bell's definition of Love connects to Brenés breakdown of Trust and Self Trust.
