Episode 69: Michel Ivulic (https://www.linkedin.com/in/michel-ivulic-648398123) was born in Croatia and raised in The Netherlands. He attended LUC wanting to “change the world”, but ultimately ended up stressing about life and grades so much he forgot about that goal. After graduating in 2016 with a BSc in Sustainability, he went on to pursue a Master’s degree in Energy Science looking for something a little more hands-on with calculations and programming. He graduated in 2019 after interning for over a year with a startup developing algorithms for automated electricity trading. Now, he is working as a Data Science & Engineering trainee at the ANWB. Getting to this point required him to realise that grades didn’t really matter as much as he thought; mental health does matter a lot more than he thought; and being honest and genuine creates great opportunities.
This episode's motto: "Don't let a problem eat you alive."
