In conjunction with Valentine's Day, this week in ILVW we dug into how developing strong interpersonal skills can create a more loving and supportive environment in the workplace and community. Facilitated by Executive Committee member Michelle Beauchamp, we explored methods for cultivating self-love, showing love to others, and being open to receiving love by applying leadership principles that foster inclusivity, encourage personal growth, and promote productivity.
