Michelle Deberge is the founder of a website called Join the Kitchen Table as well as Gluten, Sugar & Dairy free which are linked to below.

Through a circuitous set of circumstances we met her "by chance" at Dr. Bergman's office. Actually the day we met her we were not even supposed to be there that day. Normally we go there 2 times per week and the day before we drove half way there and turned around because we were running late. So instead we drove up the next day and "happened" to meet Michelle in person.

When you do what you love these types of synchronicities happen it seems.

We are now a part of a mastermind group which meets once per week to talk about how we can support each other in everything we are doing.
