Michelle is the host of the upcoming United States Ninja League competition which will be televised on Bein Sports. She started teaching fitness 23 years ago. Her background is in dance, fitness group classes, she is a WBFF Pro Worlds top 10 winner, and she is currently a master Pound Fitness trainer.
