However, what does this really look like and mean in practice?  How can educators be thoughtful about what they do and why they do things? What are the core meanings of this word ‘thoughtful’ and how can these meanings be used in our work with children?

Sometimes as educators and leaders we become isolated whether due to time constraints, physical location or any number of other reasons. Bringing people together in a virtual space overcomes the barrier of physical location by connecting people without the need to travel.
