Michelle May is a retired Physician and recovered yo-yo dieter!

As a result of many years of body image issues and challenges with food she realized that her calling was in helping people learn how to trust themselves, make healthy food choices and stop using food and body image as a mask for other issues. She now shows people how to "eat mindfully and live vibrantly".

Her book series beginning with Eat What You Love and Love What You Eat has helped countless people.
