Working over 20 years in the electrical distribution field, Michelle Pecak shares her bold journey as a single mom of three boys and two pups. She discusses how she went from trying to fit in to embracing her authentic self in a male-dominated industry. For Michelle, a key part of her journey was identifying her true purpose. Michelle Pecak is the Vice President of Operations with nearly 20 years of experience in the Electrical Distribution Industry. She has a strong operational background skilled in process improvement, operational excellence, strategic pricing models, and data analysis. Michelle can most often be found enjoying time with her three young boys and two Golden Retrievers.
